Dawang has grown from 20 employees when the company was established to more than 400 employees at present. Most of the employees come from the surrounding areas of the factory, and the turnover of personnel is relatively small. Many of our employees have been with the company for 20 years, accompanying its growth and development.
Every year, we organize a summer outing to provide an opportunity for everyone to relax. During the New Year period, we hold an annual meeting to summarize the harvest of the past year. Dawang has become a big family, everyone actively faces work and embraces life.
